feat(odoo): remove hardcoded addons path and migrate docs to markdown
...
- Remove default `ODOO_ADDONS_PATH` from top-level variables
- Move `ODOO_ADDONS_PATH` initialization inside the `start` function for Odoo context
- Remove unused `container-login` function
- Update documentation generation to use `.md` files instead of `.rst` for `DESCRIPTION` and `CONTRIBUTORS`

feat(odoo): refactor addons path logic and expose HTTP interface
...
- Extract addons path resolution logic into a new `get-addons-path` script
- Update `set-addons-path` to delegate to the new script
- Implement git submodule-based addons path detection in `task`
- Add default `ODOO_ADDONS_PATH` configuration
- Configure Odoo to listen on all interfaces (`0.0.0.0`)
- Update documentation to include the new script
