Oshgnacknak c48953aa6b Introduce machine connection 
This is to hold on to the namespace of
a machine even if the devices of that
machine has disconnected and to allow
reattaching to the namespace once the
devices reconnects.

Additionally to the new struct,
a wast refactor took place cleaning up
connections to machines, cross connections
between machines the way we downcast
machines downcasts.

Icedsoda 1192fc28a3 refactor(converters): Introduce CircularConverter 
This patch introduces a new `CircularConverter` and refactors the `LinearStepConverter` to use it. This change separates the concerns of geometric conversion from step-based conversion, leading to a more modular and maintainable design.

- **feat(converters): Add `CircularConverter`**
  - A new `CircularConverter` is added to handle all conversions between linear and angular quantities (position, velocity, acceleration, jerk).
  - It can be initialized from radius, diameter, or circumference.
  - This centralizes the geometric conversion logic into a single, well-tested module.

- **refactor(converters): Update `LinearStepConverter`**
  - The `LinearStepConverter` is refactored to compose and use the new `CircularConverter`.
  - It no longer stores `radius` or `circumference` directly.
  - All linear-to-angular calculations are now delegated to the `CircularConverter`, simplifying the `LinearStepConverter`'s implementation and removing duplicated code.

Icedsoda a2ee1d91d9 Refactor: Introduce generic Transmission trait 
This patch refactors the transmission calculation logic by replacing the specific `TransmissionConverter` with a more generic `Transmission` trait.

- A new `transmission` module is created, containing the `Transmission` trait and a `FixedTransmission` implementation.
- The `Transmission` trait provides a generic interface for converting between input and output values for various `uom` types (e.g., `AngularVelocity`, `Angle`, `Velocity`).
- The hardcoded `TransmissionConverter` is removed.
- The `ScrewSpeedController` is updated to use the new `FixedTransmission`, making the ratio configuration more explicit and improving type safety.
