refactor(backup): consolidate backup documentation and remove redundant pages

- Create new `Backup Mint System.md` to document the Restic server at backup.mint-system.com
- Remove `Backup Replication.md` and `Storage Bucket.md` as their content is now integrated or obsolete
- Update `Backup.md` to reference the Storage Bucket inline instead of linking to the deleted page
- Add `Backup Mint System` to the internal services list in `Interne Dienste.md`
