refactor: remove completed AI task prompts from prompts directory

- Delete prompts for repository link generation, URL command refactoring, and frontmatter version formatting
- Remove prompts for server action parameter reformatting and tag-to-badge conversion
- Delete prompts for "Best Practice" to "Explanations" renaming
- Remove prompts related to VuePress build memory profiling and optimization testing
- Cleanup completed tasks (Run 01 through Run 09) after implementation and validation
