- Replace RST templates with MD templates for module documentation
- Move LICENSE copy step after OCA readme generation
- Add `development_status` field to module manifest template
- Rename `DESCRIPTION.rst`, `CONTRIBUTORS.rst`, and `USAGE.rst` to `.md` extensions
- Maintain existing documentation generation logic and structure
