- Reintroduce `requirements.txt` for Python dependencies - Replace `uv sync --active` with `uv pip install -r requirements.txt` in install script - Update venv directory references from `venv*` to `.venv*` in scripts and .gitignore - Remove unused shell.nix and Nix-related documentation - Adjust task template to use default `.venv` instead of versioned environments
