- Delete `bin/upgrade-odoo` script and its wrapper in `task`
- Remove `upgrade.md` documentation file
- Remove "Upgrade" section from navigation in `.vuepress/config.js`
- Update `CHANGELOG.md` to document the removal of the command and docs
