Introduce new `oboobin` command to execute odoo binary directly. Enhance `create-module` to interactively prompt for module title, summary, license, dependencies, and demo flag, then use envsubst to template the __manifest__.py file with these values. Remove hardcoded manifest values and security folder references. Rename security.xml template to root level for reuse. Update help table to include oboobin command.
- Replace RST templates with MD templates for module documentation
- Move LICENSE copy step after OCA readme generation
- Add `development_status` field to module manifest template
- Rename `DESCRIPTION.rst`, `CONTRIBUTORS.rst`, and `USAGE.rst` to `.md` extensions
- Maintain existing documentation generation logic and structure
