refactor: simplify task script and update git submodule references

- Remove unused dotenv load/save commands
- Rename `oboobin` to `odoobin` for consistency
- Remove unused PASS_ENTRY variable
- Add ODOO_PARAM display in info output
- Remove stale.yml GitHub workflow
- Update .gitmodules.csv to reflect current submodule revisions and reduce redundancy
