refactor(docs): add favicon and remove chart artifact symlinks

- Add favicon.ico and favicon.png to docs/assets
- Configure favicon in zensical.toml theme settings
- Remove symlinked Helm chart packages from docs directory
- Remove symlinked index.yaml from docs directory
