This patch refactors the performance metrics collection for better clarity and tunes its parameters.
- Renamed "cycle" metrics to "loop" metrics to more accurately reflect the timing of the main processing loop. This change is applied to variable names and log messages.
- Increased the metrics window size from 10,000 to 30,000 samples.
- Extended the logging interval from 5 to 30 seconds for less verbose output.
- Simplified log messages for brevity.
