- actual Gitea 1.27 / Runner v3.1.0 state (labels, flavours, hooks)
- custom job images: Java 25 + Kotlin + Maven + gitflow on
  Ubuntu 26.04 and OracleLinux 9 (Dockerfiles as examples)
- build workflow, Renovate auto-patching, cache prune via
  post_task_script (matches new gitea_runner role)
- fully internal setup: actions mirror + DEFAULT_ACTIONS_URL=self,
  registry login without docker/login-action
- nav: fix CI/CD Gitea Actions link to the new page
