Janik von Rotz e451bb244d refactor: streamline container workflow and update documentation paths ...

- Remove manual echo instruction in `run-container` and replace with `open-url` helper for browser launch
- Adjust Dockerfile `COPY` instruction to map `./bin` to `/root/taskfile.build/bin/`
- Fix relative path reference in `docs/development.md` by removing leading slash from `AGENTS.md` link
