feat(task): refactor update-repo-url to update-module-versions and add version support
...
- Rename `update-repo-url` command to `update-module-versions` to reflect its new purpose of updating frontmatter `versions` field
- Add support for testing and updating available Odoo versions (14.0, 15.0, 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, 19.0) for each module
- Introduce helper functions `get-frontmatter-field` and `set-frontmatter-field` to read/write frontmatter values using awk
- Update `Stock Picking Notes.md` to include versions 16.0 and 14.0
- Add new prompt file `prompts/02_refactor-update-repo-url-command.md` detailing the refactoring task
- Improve command help formatting with wider columns for better readability
- Implement optional file argument to test on single file before running on all files
- Reverse version order in output to show latest version first
