- Remove `template-dotenv` step from test workflow - Rename `list-chart` to `list-charts` and improve logic to dynamically detect charts - Introduce `list-external-charts` for external Helm charts - Reorder functions: move docs-related functions lower in file - Update `docs` and `lint` functions to use `list-charts` dynamically - Adjust `install-chart`, `upgrade-release`, and `template-manifest` to use `list-charts` for validation - Remove outdated chart entries and redundant functions (`forward-hugo`)
