- Switch default ingress class from `nginx` to `haproxy` in all chart values files
- Update ingress templates to remove nginx-specific configurations and annotations
- Replace all references to `ingress-nginx` with `haproxy-ingress` in documentation and task scripts
- Remove nginx-related helper functions and config maps from chart templates
- Add Exoscale deployment guide and update cluster issuer templates to use haproxy ingress class
- Update task script commands and forwarding functions to use haproxy-ingress
- Remove ingress-nginx repository and installation logic from task helpers
- Adjust backup and development documentation to reflect haproxy-ingress usage
- Clean up obsolete nginx-specific parameters and examples throughout the project
