Mint Bot 40a4e44faa feat(cnpg): simplify and refactor CloudNativePG configuration 
- Renamed and flattened CNPG configuration parameters for consistency
- Replaced separate cluster and database resources with unified bootstrap configuration
- Updated README documentation to reflect new parameter structure
- Modified templates to use new CNPG values structure
