Janik von Rotz 336c6e0af2 refactor(docs): replace chart README copies with symlinks

- Convert `docs/<chart>/README.md` files from copies to symlinks pointing to `../../<chart>/README.md` for the following charts:
  - cluster-issuer
  - deployment-updater
  - forgejo-runner
  - nextcloud
  - odoo
  - postgres
  - prometheus-agent
  - taskfile-build
  - vshn-postgres
- Remove the `sync-docs` task command from `task` as it is no longer needed
- Update `prompt.md` to mark the task as completed with new token statistics

Mint System Cluster Issuer

This chart deploys cluster issuers for prod and staging and for dns and http.

Secrets

To use the Infomaniak resolver setup a infomaniak-api-credentials secret with the API token.

Test

Infomaniak webhook

To test the Infomaniak webhook create a certificate with the letsencrypt-dns-staging issuer.
