feat(forgejoRunner): reduce replicas and improve init container configuration
...
- Reduced the number of replicas from 2 to 1 for forgejo-runner deployment
- Renamed init container from `runner-config-generation` to `init`
- Updated init container command to use `sh -c` with multi-step script for better readability and control
- Added informative echo messages during runner registration and config generation
- Properly quoted environment variable references in template
- Removed unused `FORGEJO_INSTANCE_URL` environment variable
- Updated task script to correctly reference chart name during helm upgrade and uninstall
- Added `get-secrets` support for forgejoRunner to retrieve forgejoInstanceToken
- Improved output formatting in get-secrets function with proper labels

feat(odoo): migrate from Bitnami PostgreSQL to CloudNativePG and update configurations

- Replace Bitnami PostgreSQL with CloudNativePG for Odoo deployment
- Add new `cnpg` configuration section in `values.yaml` and template files
- Update environment variables in `.env.template` by removing obsolete `POSTGRES_PASSWORD` and `OC_PROJECT`
- Adjust task functions to support new naming conventions and Kind cluster checks
- Update documentation in READMEs for consistency and clarity
- Fix duplicate `GITHUB_USERNAME` in ConfigMap template
- Update log and secret retrieval commands for new PostgreSQL setup
