- Remove `template-dotenv` step from test workflow
- Rename `list-chart` to `list-charts` and improve logic to dynamically detect charts
- Introduce `list-external-charts` for external Helm charts
- Reorder functions: move docs-related functions lower in file
- Update `docs` and `lint` functions to use `list-charts` dynamically
- Adjust `install-chart`, `upgrade-release`, and `template-manifest` to use `list-charts` for validation
- Remove outdated chart entries and redundant functions (`forward-hugo`)
- Rename tasks in test.yml to be more descriptive: 'Run task clone taskfile' -> 'Clone taskfile', 'Run task template .env' -> 'Template .env', 'Run task test-k8s' -> 'Test chart odoo'
- Update task function names from test-k8s to test-chart-odoo and test-clusterIssuer to test-chart-clusterIssuer for consistency
- Update help text and function definitions accordingly
- Modify test-chart-odoo to install ingress-nginx via install-chart instead of direct call
