Janik von Rotz 0acb6d11d2 feat(roles): migrate role kind metadata to galaxy_info section and update visualization script

- Moved all role kind classifications from top-level to `galaxy_info.kind` for standardized Ansible Galaxy compatibility
- Updated `bin/visualize-dependencies` script to support both legacy and new `galaxy_info.kind` formats
- Standardized metadata structure across all 108 roles while maintaining backward compatibility
- This change enables better tooling integration and aligns with Ansible Galaxy best practices
